This policy covers trasiertech.com.np, the Trasier Technology company website ("the Site"). It explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us through the Site, and how we use it.

This policy does not cover our products, such as the Sadak Sujhav mobile app, which has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

The Site does not require an account, does not use cookies, and does not run any analytics or advertising trackers. We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Careers form: your name, email address, areas of expertise, and, if you choose to attach one, your CV/resume file.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever information is in that email and its attachments.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your message or enquiry;
• Review your application if you apply through the Careers page;
• Keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up appropriately.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party.

Submissions are delivered to our inbox using the following processor:

• Resend — the email delivery service that sends form submissions to us. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The Site also loads fonts and libraries from the following third parties, which may log standard request data (such as IP address) when your browser fetches them:

• Google Fonts & Material Symbols — policies.google.com/privacy
• Tailwind CSS (CDN) — tailwindcss.com/privacy
• cdnjs (GSAP animation library) — cdnjs.com/privacy-policy

We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep contact and careers submissions, including any CV attached, for up to 12 months, or for as long as needed to address your enquiry or application, whichever is longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see Section 7).

• Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access to submitted messages and applications is limited to Trasier Technology staff who need it to respond.
• We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your rights and choices

You can email info@trasiertech.com.np at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request that we delete your information.

We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is a company/business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
