We started with a single road complaint and set out to build the infrastructure layer for an entire valley, and beyond.

"I didn't start Trasier to build one app. A road complaint in Kathmandu with nowhere real to go was the spark, but the problem underneath it was bigger: almost nothing connecting citizens to the institutions meant to serve them is actually built well. That's what I set out to fix."
That first complaint became Sadak Sujhav, and Sadak Sujhav taught me the real lesson: the gap between citizens and government isn't a policy problem, it's a missing engineering layer. Once I saw that clearly, I couldn't unsee it everywhere else, in how municipalities handle data, how public services get mapped, how institutions make decisions with no infrastructure to support them. So Trasier grew past one app on purpose.
I run Trasier day to day as CEO, but I never stopped being an engineer first. I sit in on architecture decisions across everything we build, pressure-test scope before it becomes a promise, and make sure whatever we ship solves the problem a client actually walked in with. Beyond delivery, I own growth: the client relationships, the partnerships with municipalities and government bodies that turn a working prototype into a real deployment, and the team we're building to carry this mission further than one person or one product ever could.
Trasier is based in Kathmandu because that's where the problem started, but the standard is global. High-density data, low-latency governance, software built to ship and stay running.
