Sets the company's long-term direction and product vision, and builds the relationships with municipalities and government bodies that turn ideas into real deployments. Focused on making sure Trasier stays true to its mission as it grows: technology that solves problems that matter, not just ones that are easy to build.
Ayush leads Trasier day to day as CEO, turning first conversations with clients into products that actually ship. His engineering background keeps him close to the work itself: he sits in on architecture decisions, pressure-tests scope before it becomes a promise, and makes sure what gets built solves the problem a client walked in with. Beyond delivery, he owns growth, from client relationships to the partnerships that bring Trasier's work to new municipalities, and is building the team that will carry that mission forward.
