Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your SadakSujhav account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion without the app.

Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app

1. Open SadakSujhav and sign in.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and profile data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will process your request:

• Email: info@trasiertech.com.np
• Subject: "Account deletion request"
• Include: the mobile number registered to your account so we can verify and locate it. Do not include your password.

What data is deleted

• Your profile information (name, mobile number, notification preferences).
• Your saved device / push-notification token.

What data may be retained

Road-damage reports and their photos you submitted may be retained as public records for road-maintenance, audit, and statistical purposes. Where retained, they are anonymised (disassociated from your identity) after account deletion. Records required by law are kept for the period the law requires.

Timeline

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your request.
