SadakSujhav ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is a citizen road-damage reporting service operated by Trasier Technology ("the Authority"). This policy explains what information the App collects, why, how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights you have.

By creating an account and using the App, you agree to this policy.


1. Who we are (Data Controller)

The Authority is the data controller for information collected through the App.


2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to receive, route, and resolve road-damage reports.

2.1 Information you provide

Data Purpose
Mobile number To create your account, send a one-time password (OTP) to sign you in, and identify your reports.
Full name Shown on your profile and associated with the reports you submit.
Precise location (GPS coordinates) To pin the exact location of the road damage you report. We store both the final map pin you confirm and the raw device coordinates captured with the photo, together with the GPS accuracy.
Photos Images of road damage that you take with the camera or select from your gallery, attached to a report as evidence.
Report details The description, category (pothole, road damage, water-logging), severity, and any landmark text you enter.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Data Purpose
Push notification token A device identifier issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can notify you about the status of your reports.
Basic technical/diagnostic data Limited device and app information (e.g. app version, and data handled by Google Play Services) used to deliver notifications and keep the App working.

We do not collect your contacts, browsing history, or background location.


3. How we use your information

4. App permissions

The App requests the following permissions, only when needed:

You can decline or later revoke any permission in your device settings; some features (e.g. attaching a photo or pinning a location) will not work without the related permission.

We process your information on the basis of your consent (given when you sign up and grant permissions) and to carry out the Authority's public function of maintaining public roads.

Your information is accessible to authorised road-division administrators of the Authority who handle reports. We also rely on the following service providers ("processors"), who process data only to provide their service to us:

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

When you delete your account (see Section 9), your profile is removed. Reports you previously submitted are anonymised (no longer linked to your name or account) and kept as road-maintenance records for the retention period above.

The App is intended for use by adults reporting public road conditions. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
