This week's work was less about new features in Sadak Sujhav and more about making the site tell the real story of what Trasier is building, and making sure that story can actually be found. Here's what changed.
We added a company overview page that lays out why Trasier exists and what we actually build, and a proper case study for Sadak Sujhav, walking through the problem, the approach, the citizen app, and the municipal admin dashboard in detail. Both are distinct from the existing product and founder-story pages, they're built for people searching for what Trasier does before they ever land on the homepage.
The homepage and the Sadak Sujhav case study used to show generic gray mockup blocks standing in for the product. They now show the actual app, the citizen home screen with live report status, and the actual municipal admin dashboard, reports, activity charts, and all.
Before this week, the site had no sitemap.xml, no robots.txt, no meta
descriptions, and no canonical tags anywhere. We added all of it: a submitted sitemap, an explicit
robots.txt that allows AI crawlers as well as search engines, unique meta descriptions and canonical
tags on every page, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags backed by a real branded share image, and
JSON-LD structured data (Organization, SoftwareApplication, and now BlogPosting) so search engines
and AI assistants have something concrete to read. We also fixed a couple of small but real bugs
along the way: a homepage image with no real alt text, and a page that had no H1 tag at all.
The site is now verified in Google Search Console with the sitemap submitted, and a weekly automated audit checks the technical basics, tracks whether the site is showing up for the searches that matter, and flags anything broken, so issues get caught before they pile up.
None of this changes what Sadak Sujhav does. It changes whether the people who should be able to find Trasier, and the app, actually can.
